Claims and Disputes Pertaining to Salary Rates. Claims and disputes pertaining to salary rates or to classifications of professional staff or technicians performing work under this Contract shall be promptly reported in writing by the Contracted Party to the Grantee for the latter-‘s decision which shall be final with respect thereto.
