Claims and Disputes Pertaining to Salary Rates. Claims and disputes pertaining to salary rates or to classifications of architects, draftsmen, technical engineers, and technicians performing work under this Agreement shall be promptly reported in writing by the Contractor to the City , and the City’s decision regarding such claims and disputes shall be final.
