Common use of - Claims By Other Unions Clause in Contracts

- Claims By Other Unions. In no event shall the Company refuse to assign an employee in any case where the Company would ordinarily assign an employee because of any claim made by any other Union to the operation of all technical equipment in any particular area, except where the other Union is a member of the AFL-CIO and has a bona-fide written house contract or where there is a municipal or governmental regulation covering the work in question which shall be supplied to NABET-CWA. In any other circumstances the parties may exercise their rights as heretofore. The Company will endeavor to obtain a copy of the house contract and give it to the Union in advance of the pickup. (See Stipulation 23)
