Claims for Adjustment of Contract Times. Claims for adjustment of the work completion schedule, or milestone dates, or both shall be supported with Contractor’s detailed analysis, using the Critical Path Method, detailed Xxxxx charts or equivalent methods, of the estimated or actual impact on the sequencing and/or timing of Contractor’s activities. Contractor’s analysis shall clearly depict all activity interdependencies and shall include all of Contractor’s assumptions and satisfactory proof of the timing or sequencing of activities actually started and/or completed.

  • ADJUSTMENT OF CONTRACT PRICE The Contract Price shall be subject to adjustment, as hereinafter set forth, in the event of the following contingencies (it being understood by both parties that any reduction of the Contract Price is by way of liquidated damages and not by way of penalty):
