Claims for Costs. The Locate Services Provider agrees and acknowledges that it shall not make any claims against the City for any fees, charges, costs or expenses with respect to the Locate Services, or the Change in Locate Services, including but not limited to any additional time, expense or costs incurred by the Locate Services Provider by reason of its misinterpretation, misapprehension, of or unexpected change in the nature, extent, or significance, of any factors such as those enumerated in Section 2.3 or 2.4 hereof.
