LSPCA. At the time of the execution of the Agreement, the Locate Services Provider shall give the City written Notice of the name and address of a senior-level individual who will be the LSPCA dedicated to the performance by the Locate Services Provider of all its obligations under this Agreement and will be the principal contact person with the City. The LSPCA (i) will be the primary contact person with the City in dealing with the Locate Services Provider under this Agreement and the performance of the Locate Services under and in accordance with this Agreement, (ii) will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of the Locate Services in accordance with the terms hereof, (iii) will meet regularly with the CCA, (iv) will have the authority to make decisions and take actions on behalf of the Locate Services Provider in the ordinary course of day-to-day performance and management of the Locate Services and (v) will serve as an escalated point of contact for any unresolved Locate Services issues. The City may request the removal and replacement of the LSPCA in which case the LSPCA shall immediately be removed and replaced with a representative of the Locate Services Provider acceptable to the City. The Locate Services Provider shall designate and provide the City written Notice with the name and address of the LSPCA and any replacement of the LSPCA.

  • CONTRACTOR NAME CHANGE An amendment is required to change the Contractor's name as listed on this Agreement. Upon receipt of legal documentation of the name change the State will process the amendment. Payment of invoices presented with a new name cannot be paid prior to approval of said amendment.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
