The parties agree that no extension beyond any required date of completion, whether Substantial Completion or Final Completion, fixed by the terms of the Contract shall be effective unless granted in writing, and signed by the Owner’s Procurement Agent or his designee. All time requirements set forth herein shall be of the essence. It shall be a condition precedent to any claim for extension of time that the Contractor comply strictly with the following requirements:
