Common use of Claims for Labor and Materials Clause in Contracts

Claims for Labor and Materials. CONTRACTOR shall promptly pay when due all amounts owed for labor and materials furnished in the performance of this Contract so as to prevent any lien or other claim under any provision of law from arising against any CITY property (including reports, documents, and other tangible or intangible matter produced by CONTRACTOR hereunder), and shall pay all amounts due under the Unemployment Insurance Act or any other applicable law with respect to labor used to perform under this Contract.

Claims for Labor and Materials. CONTRACTOR shall promptly pay when due all amounts owed payable for labor and materials furnished in the performance of this Contract Agreement so as to prevent any lien or other claim under any provision of law from arising against any CITY of MANAGER’s property (including reports, documents, and other tangible or intangible matter produced by against CONTRACTOR’s rights to payments hereunder.
