Pre-Proposal Conference. A pre-proposal conference will not be held for this RFP.
Pre-Proposal Conference. When applicable, a pre-proposal conference may be scheduled to allow Proposer’s to view the jobsite and/or ask questions concerning the specifications or proposal content. If a pre-proposal conference is to be held, the date, time, and location will be indicated on the RFP documents, and the conference will be designated to be either optional or mandatory. Proposals will not be considered from suppliers who failed to attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference.
Pre-Proposal Conference. A pre-proposal conference will be held as indicated in the Sequence of Events beginning at 11:00 am Mountain Standard Time/Daylight Time by teleconference. Potential Offeror(s) are encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the conference to the Procurement Manager. The identity of the organization submitting the question(s) will not be revealed. All written questions will be addressed in writing on the date listed in the Sequence of Events. A public log will be kept of the names of potential Offeror(s) that attended the pre-proposal conference. L.8.2. Offerors are urged to submit written questions at least three days before the scheduled pre-proposal conference date, using the address provided in block 9 of Standard Form 33, Solicitation, Offeror and Award, of this solicitation or by faxing the questions to the above fax number, marked to the attention of the above-named individual.
L.8.3. Attendees may also bring written questions to the proposal conference; however, if the answer requires research, there is no guarantee that the question will be able to be answered at that conference.
L.8.4. The Government’s statements at the pre-proposal conference shall not be considered to be a change to the solicitation unless a written amendment is issued.
L.8.5. Following the conference, all prospective offerors who received a copy of the solicitation will be provided a copy of all questions presented in writing prior to the conference, along with answers. If the answer requires a change to the solicitation, a solicitation amendment will also be issued.

1.4.1 Proposers are required to attend the pre-proposal conference. Proposer’s failure to attend will result in disqualification.
Pre-Proposal Conference. A. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for April 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the TDCJ Parole Division – Specialized Programs, 8610 Shoal Creek Blvd., Building 7W, Room 102, Austin, Texas 78757. B. If, in the opinion of the Department, local weather conditions preclude safe travel to the Pre-Proposal Conference, the Department reserves the right to reschedule it to another day and time.
1. If extreme weather conditions are predicted by the National Weather Service on the day of the Pre-Proposal Conference, contact the individual whose name appears in Section L.10 for rescheduling information.
2. The responsibility of obtaining any cancellation and reschedule information is strictly that of the Offeror.
3. Attendance is not mandatory, however, the Department will not be held responsible for any information discussed at the Pre-Proposal Conference.
Pre-Proposal Conference. Specific questions concerning the RFP should be submitted in writing prior to the pre-proposal conference so that City representatives may prepare responses in advance of the conference. Additional questions will be entertained at the conference; however, responses may be deferred and provided at a later date. Copies of all written questions and the City responses will be mailed to all vendors attending the conference or otherwise requesting a copy. Only the written responses will be considered official. The response to any question which is given orally at the conference is to be considered tentative. After the conference, the questions will be researched and the official response published in writing. This will assure accurate, consistent responses to all vendors.
