Pre-Proposal Conference Clause Samples
The Pre-Proposal Conference clause establishes a formal meeting between the parties, typically before the submission of proposals for a project or contract. During this conference, potential bidders or contractors can ask questions, seek clarifications, and discuss project requirements with the issuing party. This process helps ensure that all participants have a clear and consistent understanding of the project scope and expectations, thereby reducing misunderstandings and promoting fair competition.
