Contractual Liability Endorsement. Such policy or policies shall provide, among other things, that the insurer(s) specifically recognize and insure the obligations undertaken by Seller pursuant to this Agreement and shall name Purchaser as an additional insured. Seller shall deliver a certificate of insurance evidencing the existence in force of such policy or policies of insurance. Such certificate shall provide that such insurance will not be canceled or materially amended unless twenty (20) days prior written notice is given to Purchaser.

(v) ADDITIONAL INSURED COVERAGE NOT AFFECTED BY INSURED'S DUTIES AFTER ACCIDENT OR LOSS endorsement. The policy must be endorsed to provide that any failure to comply with the reporting provisions of the policy shall not affect coverage to the District, its Board of Trustees, or their officials, employees, volunteers, or agents.
