CLARIFICATION OF SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS. 5.1 Bidders shall promptly notify the Purchasing Agent or designee of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error which they may discover upon examination of the bidding documents. 5.2 Bidders desiring clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents for formal bids shall make a written request which must reach the Purchasing Agent or designee at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date and time for receipt of formal bids.
