Clarifications / Access to Proposal dossiers. Growthfund reserves the right to request from Interested Parties any omitted documents and/or information in relation to the Proposal dossiers submitted, as well as any additional documents and/or clarifications and/or information in connection with any issue related to their Proposals, as deemed necessary, in accordance with Article 56 (3) of Directive 2014/24. Growthfund hereby ensures that only authorised persons will have access to data transmitted in the context of this RFP and only after the prescribed date provided for in the present RFP.
