Construction Change Directives definition

Construction Change Directives or “CCD” A change order directive is a written order prepared by the Owner, directing a change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the Contract Price or Contract Schedule, or both.
Construction Change Directives means a written order directing the CMAR to perform additional Work to the CONTRACT when time and/or Cost of Work is not in agreement between the COUNTY and the CMAR performing the Work.
Construction Change Directives means as the same are defined in the Contract Documents.

  • The Contractor shall make available, at the Project site, the Contract Documents, including Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to indicate field changes and selections made during construction, and the approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples, and similar required submittals.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No. 103 of 1977);
