Common use of Class B – Medium Duty Clause in Contracts

Class B – Medium Duty. a) An Operator shall maintain a minimum of one tow truck with a GVWR of at least 26,001 pounds. The truck shall be capable of providing and maintaining continuous air to the towed vehicle. All Class B tow trucks with a GVWR of less than 26,001 pounds currently approved for SBSD Class B rotation tow lists will be allowed to remain on the Class B rotation list until June 30, 2010. Class B equipment specifications can be found in Attachment C of this Agreement.
