Class Counsel Fees and Personal Representative Award. Plaintiff, on behalf of the Class, shall make application to the Court for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses as well as for a Personal Representative Award for himself as class representative to be paid from the Settlement Funds. Defendants agree that a fee and expense application of up to $70,000 is fair and reasonable and do not object thereto. Defendants agree that a personal representative award of up to $1,000.00 is fair and reasonable and do not object thereto.
