Class Load. To the extent permitted by the fiscal resources and physical facilities of the District, and consistent with sound educational principles, the number of students assigned to instruction by a member of the bargaining unit, on the secondary level, on any one day shall be within the following guidelines: A. Academic subjects and all subjects other than music and physical education a maximum of 150 students. B. Music and physical education a maximum of 220 students. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board will continue its present written policy in regard to the daily class load for secondary English Teachers.
