Common use of Class Load Clause in Contracts

Class Load. The Board and the Western Education Association/Xxxxxxx County Education Association agree that class enrollments, including advisory, will not exceed twenty-eight (28) pupils per classroom. Exceptions to this provision include: 1. The Board and the Western Education Association/Xxxxxxx County Education Association agree that class enrollments will not exceed twenty-six (26) pupils per class grades K-2. An allowance of one (1) additional student per class is permitted.
