Class Notice Package. The Class Notice Package shall be available in electronic format on the Settlement Website and mailed as a hard copy or emailed by the Claim Administrator upon request. The Parties are not currently aware of any other litigation involving the same claims as the Action. However, should the Parties become aware, within the Claim Submission Period, of pending litigation that concerns false advertising claims related to the Products, they will notify Dollar General and Dollar General shall direct the Claim Administrator to mail or email the Class Notice Package to counsel for the plaintiff(s) in such pending litigation. Each Class Notice Package shall contain a Class Notice substantially in the form of Exhibit E and the Claim Form substantially in the form of Exhibit F.
