CLASS SIZE AND/OR TEACHER LOAD. The District and the Association of Administrative Personnel recognize that class size and teacher loads are important factors in good education and will, whenever possible, subject to space, availability and all other educational considerations, insure that both class size and teacher loads are of the most effective nature for both teacher and pupil. However, the final decision as to class size and teacher loads will be made by the District in the best interests of the pupils.
