Classes of LLC Interests. For purposes of voting, the LLC Interests shall be of two (2) classes with such relative rights, powers and duties as are set forth in or established in accordance with this Agreement.
Classes of LLC Interests. For purposes of voting, the LLC Interests shall be either “Class A Interests” or “Class B Interests” with such relative rights, powers and duties as are set forth in or established in accordance with this Agreement. The LLC Interests of each of Encore and Xxxx (or any successor, respectively) (each a “Class A Member”) shall be Class A Interests. The LLC Interests of Xxxxx (or its successor) (the “Class B Member”) shall be Class B Interests.
