Company Common Units definition

Company Common Units means Common Units, as such term is defined in the Company LLC Agreement.
Company Common Units has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.
Company Common Units means the common units representing limited liability company interests in the Company.

  • The portion of Aggregate Merger Consideration payable upon conversion of the Company Common Units in accordance with the terms hereof shall be deemed to have been paid and issued in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to such Company Common Units.

More Definitions of Company Common Units

Company Common Units means the class of Company Units referred to as “Common Units” under Article 3 of the Operating Agreement and includes, collectively, the Series 1 Common Units, the Series 2 Common Units and the Series 3 Common Units.

Company Common Units means (i) prior to effectiveness of the Post-Reclassification Company LLC Agreement, “Capital Units”, as such term is defined in the Pre-Reclassification Company LLC Agreement and (ii) as of and following effectiveness of the Post-Reclassification Company LLC Agreement, “Common Units”, as such term is defined in the Post-Reclassification Company LLC Agreement.

Company Common Units means Company Class A Common Units and Company Class B Common Units (including Company Class C Common Units from and after the Pre-Closing Reorganization).
