Classification and Duties. 1. Staffing levels will be reviewed on an annual basis by the schools' Instructional Leadership Team and staffing will be decided on a school-wide basis with proper regard to the school’s budget.

Classification and Duties. (a) The classification of the employment is outlined in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
(b) The duties of a Flight Attendant may from time to time be altered or changed at the discretion of the Company providing they are fair and reasonable and within the Flight Attendant's skill, competence and training and are consistent with safety requirements.
(c) A Flight Attendant will diligently and faithfully perform all the duties and responsibilities of their employment In accordance with the position classification stated in Schedule 1 or Schedule 2of this Agreement and such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
(d) Nothing in this Agreement precludes the movement of Flight Attendants between levels and classifications. The Company's performance appraisal programme and/or Flight Attendant proficiency checks will form the basis of any changes to a Flight Attendant's category or classification.
(e) A Flight Attendant will be paid the rate of pay according to the classification of work required.
(f) Duties and responsibilities are outlined in the job description (JDF) of a Flight Attendant provided on the commencement of employment and as amended from time to time.
Classification and Duties. 4.2.1.1 The employer may direct a school assistant to perform such duties as are within the limits of the assistant's skill, competence, aptitude and/or training.
4.2.1.2 All school assistants share with all other employees in the responsibility of providing a Biblical style of pastoral care and support to students, fellow staff members, members of the school community and members of the public as and when it seems appropriate.
4.2.1.3 Positions for ancillary staff employed in libraries, laboratories and on audio-visual duties, and as teacher aides shall be classified in accordance with the following criteria. With the exception of Grade 1A, gradings shall be given on the basis of a comparison of the work performed in the position with the duties which are specified as ',typical,, at each of the grades. A position need not involve all the duties listed as "typical" of the grade nor are the typical duties the only ones which may be required.
4.2.1.4 Grade 1 - Positions for which qualifications are not required Designations - audio visual assistant - integration aide - laboratory assistant - library assistant - teacher aide
4.2.1.5 Audio-Visual Assistant: Routine tasks associated with the operation of a resource centre or in connection with the maintenance, control and operation of audio-visual equipment of the school, such as assisting with audio and video recording.

2. Classified employees shall be assigned to one of the classifications listed in Appendix B. The Board shall not change a position from classified to unclassified without the written agreement of the Association. The Board shall negotiate about the creation of new classifications or new unclassified positions before implementing such positions and before seeking Civil Service Commission approval for such positions.

b) The duties for an Exemplary Teacher and criteria for a successful appraisal shall be provided to all Catholic schools in a written policy developed by the Consultative Committee as defined in Clause 35 within 12 months’ time of this Agreement being approved by the Fair Work Commission and shall be made known prior to the Employee accepting.
Classification and Duties a) The Principal will determine the classification of a Teacher to Exemplary Teacher 1 or Exemplary Teacher 2 on the basis of the duties required and any other operational requirements.
b) The duties for an Exemplary Teacher shall be determined by the Principal and shall be made known prior to the Teacher accepting the appointment to Exemplary Teacher.
