Classification Committees Clause Samples

A Classification Committees clause establishes a designated group responsible for determining the classification or categorization of certain items, issues, or disputes under an agreement. Typically, this committee is composed of representatives from the parties involved, and it may be tasked with making binding or advisory decisions regarding the status or treatment of goods, services, or contractual matters. By centralizing classification decisions, the clause helps ensure consistency, reduce ambiguity, and provide a clear process for resolving classification-related disagreements.
