Classification of Patents after Publisher Evaluation and Validations. The PatentBook Administrator shall classify patents as Tier 1 patents, Tier 2 patents or Tier 3 patents based upon the numerical scores resulting from the Patent Evaluation and Validation. The distribution of patents among the three Tiers shall be as follows:
