Classified Service Status. In the event the employee is serving in his/her probationary period, the employee shall agree in writing to hold in abeyance the remainder of such probationary period until the employee returns to full duty. Conditions for leave of absence and continued tenure with the Town may vary depending on the classified service status of the employee, i.e., temporary, probationary, regular, etc.
