Classroom Procedures. Schedules - Employees shall keep an outline of class procedures, in a plan book provided by the Board, which should be available at all times for use by the principal or supervisors and as a guide for substitute teachers. Each elementary school employee shall prepare and follow a daily time schedule which has been approved by the principal or Superintendent. A copy of this schedule should be filed with the principal or Superintendent within two (2) weeks after the beginning of the school term.
