Clause 38 Sample Clauses

Clause 38. 1.1 is for the benefit of the Senior Finance Parties and the Secured Parties only. As a result, no Senior Finance Party or Secured Party shall be prevented from taking proceedings relating to any matter arising from the Finance Documents in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Senior Finance Parties and the Secured Parties may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions. This Agreement has been entered into on the date stated at the beginning of this Agreement.
