Clean Air. This provision applies to all Agreements greater than $50,000 and to Subcontracts greater than $50,000. (a) The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. Section 7401 et seq. The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the TJPA and understands and agrees that the TJPA will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and FRA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. (b) The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each Subcontract exceeding $50,000.
