Clean & Safe Dispatch. When responding to calls for service dispatched by the Clean & Safe dispatch system, PPB Officers assigned to the Clean & Safe Program will report said calls to the City of Portland Bureau of Emergency Communications (BOEC) police dispatch system, using terms and descriptions consistent with those which would be used if they had been dispatched by the BOEC police dispatch system.
