Cleaning Commercial Bins. 5.18.1 Franchisee shall steam clean and refurbish all commercial bins at Franchisee’s own expense every six (6) months upon request. Customers desiring more frequent cleaning may arrange additional cleaning with Franchisee at a rate established by County, including pick-up, cleaning, and replacement of dumpster. Commercial customers shall be notified annually of the availability of the free cleaning service and the charges for additional service.
