Common use of CLEANING, REPAIRS, AND MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

CLEANING, REPAIRS, AND MAINTENANCE. COLLEGE RESPONSIBILITIES. The College will be responsible for cleaning all public areas, bathrooms, and hallways; removing all trash from public receptacles; providing appropriate recycling opportunities; and setting a regular schedule for the cleaning of the suite bathrooms. The College shall make all structural/mechanical repairs required to keep the Hall in good order and repair.
