CLEC Support. 12.2.10.1 CenturyLink shall provide documentation and assistance for CLEC to understand how to implement and use all of the available OSS functions. CenturyLink shall provide to CLEC in writing any internal business rules and other formatting information necessary to ensure that CLEC's requests and orders are processed efficiently. This assistance will include, but is not limited to, contacts to the CLEC account team, training, documentation, and CLEC Help Desk. CenturyLink will also supply CLEC with an escalation level contact list in the event issues are not resolved via contacts to the CLEC account team, training, documentation and CLEC Help Desk.
