Common use of Client Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Client Eligibility. Provider and Purchaser understand and agree that the eligibility of individuals to receive the services to be purchased from Provider under this agreement will be determined by Purchaser. An individual is entitled to the right of a fair hearing concerning eligibility. Purchaser shall inform individuals of this right. Purchaser shall inform the client or guardian and the Provider in writing of a denial of eligibility. If a client requests a hearing, benefits shall continue until a decision is rendered.
