Monitoring the Performance of Subcontractors. The Sub-Recipient shall monitor, at least once per year, each of its subcontractors, sub-recipients, vendors, and/or consultants paid from funds provided under this contract. The Sub-Recipient shall perform fiscal, administrative, and programmatic monitoring to ensure contractual compliance, fiscal accountability, programmatic performance, and compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The Sub-Recipient shall monitor its subcontractors to ensure that the budget and scope of work are accomplished within the specified time periods, and that all performance goals stated in this contract are achieved.

Monitoring the Performance of Subcontractors. The Sub-Recipient shall monitor, at least once per year, each of its subcontractors, Sub-Recipients, vendors, and/orconsultants paid from funds provided under this contract. The Sub-Recipient shall perform fiscal, administrative, and programmatic monitoring to ensure contractual compliance, fiscal accountability, programmatic performance, and compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The Sub- Recipient shall monitor its subcontractors to ensure that the budget and scope of work are accomplished within the specified time periods, and that all performance goals stated in this contract are achieved. The Sub-Recipient shall enter all required subcontractor data per the DOEA’s eCIRTS PolicyGuidelines for clients and services into the eCIRTS database. The data must be entered into the eCIRTS database before the subcontractors submit their Request for Payment and Receipts and Expenditure Reportsto the Sub- Recipient. The Sub-Recipient shall establish time frames to ensure compliance with due dates for the Requests for Payment and Receipts Expenditure Reports to the AAAPP.

The Sub-recipient shall keep written documentation of monitoring its subcontractors.
Monitoring the Performance of Subcontractors. If the sub-recipient has vendor agreements/contracts with vendors/subcontractors the sub-recipient shall conduct at least one monitoring per year of each subcontractor/vendor. The sub-recipient shall perform fiscal, administrative and programmatic monitoring of each subcontractor/vendor to ensure contractual compliance, fiscal accountability, programmatic performance, and compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

  • PAYMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS The Contractor is obligated to take one of the two following actions within seven days after receipt of payment by the County for work performed by any subcontractor under this Contract:

  • Oversight of Subcontractors In the event that Vendor engages subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to perform one or more of its obligations under the Master Agreement (including subcontracting hosting of the Protected Data to a hosting service provider), it will require those subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to whom it will disclose the Protected Data to execute legally binding agreements acknowledging their obligation under Section 2-d of the New York Education Law to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy and security requirements required of Vendor under the Master Agreement and applicable state and federal law and regulations.

  • Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.

  • Use of Subcontractors Nothing in this Appendix 2 shall prevent the Interconnection Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate to perform their respective obligations hereunder, provided, however, that each Interconnection Party shall require its subcontractors to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Appendix 2 in providing such services.
