Client Responsibilities and Obligations. Client is responsible for having and maintaining, and for ensuring that each Authorized User has and maintains, all hardware, equipment and software (other than the Proprietary Software) necessary to access and use the Electronic Delivery Mechanism. Client shall accept and properly install any updates or modification to any software forming part of the Electronic Delivery Mechanism that BNYM considers necessary, and shall cause its Authorized Users do the same.
