Data Entry. The State Records Center has implemented a new automated inventory system that allows customers access to the system from their office. As a service to our customers the SRC will continue to data enter accession information or accept email and phone requests for circulation of items and then enter those requests into the system for a charge of $0.50 per line. If customers choose to do their own data entry, the charge will be waived. Creation of labels will not incur a charge.
Data Entry. Public Body is solely responsible for entering all data that is required by any CLEMIS Applications into CLEMIS.
Data Entry. 9.17.4.1.1 County has implemented use of the Management Information System (MIS), a computerized database system that is used to record and track Service delivery, Program data and Client information. Subrecipient shall use the MIS to enter Program, Service delivery and Client data as directed by County. Subrecipient shall use all other systems identified by County, including but not limited to State and Federal programs, applications, software, etc., to report Program data.
9.17.4.1.2 Subrecipient shall ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the number of eligible Client Services provided each day. Subrecipient shall track, document and report the actual date when Services are rendered. Subrecipient shall complete direct data entry of the required Program, Service delivery and Client data (including but not limited to, the total number of Clients served, the type and number of Services provided to Client and the date(s) of Service) into the MIS within ten (10) days of Service delivery. Subrecipient shall not back-date any data and any attempts to do so may subject Subrecipient to appropriate remedies as determined by County at County's sole discretion.
9.17.4.1.3 In order to ensure accurate reporting, Subrecipient shall enter Program, Service delivery and Client data on a regular basis, preferably on the day when Services are provided and no later than ten (10) days of Service delivery.
Data Entry. A. Survey data collected from the mail phase shall be entered into the data entry system specified by CDC PRAMS. Contractor shall record comments from “other specify” questions, back page comments, and any additional comments verbatim in the data entry fields.
B. Contractor shall verify a minimum of 10% of the English surveys and 10% of the Spanish surveys. Data entry and verification shall be tailored to the specification of the survey. Any data entry errors shall be reviewed with the key entry staff to insure continued valid data entry.
Data Entry. Client understands and agrees that Client is solely responsible for entering all data, instructions, specifications, and procedures, including without limitation, proper safety procedures, inspection procedures and schedules, and accurate maintenance schedules, and Provider does not and cannot provide, create or enter in any such instructions, specifications and procedures, and that Client is solely responsible for ensuring correct and accurate maintenance instructions, schedules and safety procedures for all facilities, equipment and other service procedures. Client understands and agrees that the Services are not designed or configured to store, or process, protected health information as defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act or certain personal information such as social security numbers (“Restricted Data”) and Client hereby agrees to not store, enter, upload or otherwise process such Restricted Data using the Services.

Data Entry. 5.1. Data entry is defined as the transcription of data elements (e.g., race, white blood cell count or any other clinical observation) into the computer system by:
(i) transcription of data from paper source documents such as e.g., Trial Participant’s hospital chart, instrument printout, etc., or
(ii) transcription of data elements from electronic source documents.
Data Entry. All services must be entered into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) database within five days of service being provided.
Data Entry. Agency will enter in HMIS only individuals who exist as clients of the Agency. Agency is the owner of its own agency-specific client data and will not be denied access to that client data. Agency will provide services to a client regardless of the client’s participation in the HMIS if the client is otherwise eligible for the services. Agency will enter information in HMIS in a consistent manner and will follow guidelines in the Data Quality Plan and Best Practices Guide available at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
Data Entry. 9.17.4.1.1 Subrecipient shall utilize the State of California CalJOBS system, or successor Management Information System (MIS), which is the State automated Client tracking and reporting system, to track the progress of Clients by properly recording all Client data and Service delivery in the CalJOBS system. Subrecipient shall ensure that data collection related to the tracking and recording of WIOA activities and WIOA performance is captured in the CalJOBS system in accordance with appropriate federal, State, Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board, and County regulations, policies and protocols.
9.17.4.1.2 Subrecipient shall ensure that all Client data is entered into the CalJOBS system on an on-going daily basis, but no later than three (3) business days from the Service delivery date. Subrecipient shall not back-date any data and any attempts to do so may subject Subrecipient to appropriate remedies as determined by County at County's sole discretion. Subrecipient shall also ensure that all errors identified in the CalJOBS system must be cleared within five (5) business days from the date the listing is provided to Subrecipient.
9.17.4.1.3 In order to ensure accurate reporting, Subrecipient shall enter Program and Service delivery on a regular basis, preferably on the day when Services are provided and no later than ten (10) days of Service delivery.
