Client’s Own Judgment. When rendering service SICO expects the Client to rely on its own judgment. Any advice the Client may receive from SICO will be given in good faith, but SICO shall have no responsibility for any loss, liability or cost which the Client may incur relying on SICO’s advice, including, without limitation, loss of capital or principal amounts invested by the Client.

Client’s Own Judgment. The Client undertakes that the Client shall solely make any rely upon the Client’s own judgment and decisions with respect to each Transaction or with respect to refraining from making a Transaction, and will not rely upon any advice or information or suggestion rendered by any of the directors, officers, employees or agent of the Broker and hereby waives the Client’s right (if any) to claim against the Broker, the Group, their directors, officers, employees or agent for loss or damages arising therefrom.
Client’s Own Judgment. Any recommendations or advice from the Company is made pursuant to the available information with the objective of serving the Client. It shall not be considered guarantee to the value of the Security or its future performance, where the fluctuations in prices may lead to profit or loss for which the Company shall not be responsible. In addition, the Company shall not be held responsible for the transactions that the management of the Exchange or the EFSA cancels, provided that the reason for cancellation would not be attributable to the Client; without prejudice to its responsibility to exert the best efforts of care.
