Judgment definition

Judgment means any judgment, order, writ, injunction, citation, award or decree of any nature.
Judgment has the meaning set forth in Section II.C.
Judgment means the final judgment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement.

Examples of Judgment in a sentence

  • Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator’s award in any court having jurisdiction.
