Close Off Facilities. From time to time to close off any of the Common Facilities to whatever extent required in the reasonable judgment of Manager and its counsel or the Owners to prevent a dedication of any of the Common Facilities or the accrual of any rights by any person or the public to the Common Facilities, provided such closure does not deprive any Owner or Occupant of the substantial benefit and enjoyment of the Shopping Center and further provided any such Owner or Occupant shall be given thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of such closure.
