Close out of Contracts. IF WE CEASE TO TRADE You agree to close out all open Contracts for the date specified in the notice, and we will close out any remaining open Contracts on the date specified in the notice with effect from the close of trading on that day. If we exercise our right to close out your remaining Contracts under the preceding clause, we will close out those open Contracts at the Closing Price for the Contract except where your open Contracts are outside the Normal Trading Size, in which case we will close those Contracts at a price determined by us in accordance with market practice, but at our absolute discretion.
