Comply with the law. Despite any provisions of this Client Agreement, in providing the services under this Client Agreement, we will be entitled to take any action as we consider necessary in our absolute discretion to ensure services provided under this Client Agreement are in compliance with all Applicable Laws. You agree strictly to comply with all Applicable Laws. If we consider you have not so complied, we may terminate this Client Agreement immediately without notice.
Comply with the law. The Client and the Provider must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of its business in relation to this agreement.
