CLOSING BOARD MEETING. The Sellers shall cause a board meeting of the Company to be held at Second Closing at which the matters set out in this agreement and not previously resolved upon pursuant to paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this Schedule 3 shall be resolved and approved.
