Closing Instruction Letter. Dear Kerrx: This firm represents Seller in connection with the Agreement. This letter shall constitute your instructions from Seller with respect to the closing of the Agreement. Terms not defined and appearing herein with initial capital letters shall have the same meaning ascribed to those terms in the Agreement, except to the extent that the meaning of such terms may be specifically modified by the provisions hereof.

  • Closing Instructions This Agreement shall constitute both an agreement between Buyer and Seller and escrow instructions for Escrow Holder. If Escrow Holder requires separate or additional escrow instructions which it reasonably deems necessary for its protection, Seller and Buyer hereby agree promptly upon request by Escrow Holder to execute and deliver to Escrow Holder such separate or additional standard escrow instructions of Escrow Holder (the “Additional Instructions”).
