Closing of Practice. The Provider shall give Crescent sixty (60) days prior written notice regarding the closing of his or her practice to patients or any other limitations on his or her practice which will or may impact Provider’s ability or capacity to deliver Covered Services to Members.

  • Scope of Practice The scope of practice of the Nurse Practitioner is determined by the context in which: The Nurse Practitioner is authorised to practice.
