Closure Due to Brink’s Money Account Dormancy. If your Brink’s Money Account has not had any customer-initiated activity, that is, no direct deposits, no purchases; no cash withdrawals; no load transactions; or no balance inquiry fees for 365 days, your Savings Account will be closed and any remaining funds (including interest accrued) will be transferred to your Brink’s Money Account. For additional information about Brink’s Money Account dormancy, see the section in your Cardholder Agreement labeled “Using Your Brink’s Money Account and Virtual Account; Limitations.”

Note that the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 waives the distribution age limitation if the beneficiary of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account is a “Special Needs” student.

  • For Force Account or Indefinite Amount Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes interim compensation to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for actual costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.
