Common use of Closure Monitor Clause in Contracts

Closure Monitor. The SCSC Executive Director will appoint an individual to monitor the closure activities of Charter School (“Closure Monitor”) within fourteen (14) calendar days of its decision to cease operations or the SCSC’s decision to terminate or non-renew the school’s charter contract. The SCSC shall be responsible for all costs and expenses of the Closure Monitor;
