School Personnel. Teachers and other instructional staff and faculty must be employees of the Governing Board and may not be employed by an Educational Service Provider or other entity affiliated with an Educational Service Provider. The School Leader may be employed by an Educational Service Provider only if the Governing Board retains the authority to select and dismiss that individual from service at the Charter School. Non-instructional staff, such as the Chief Financial Officer, business manager, bookkeeper, maintenance personnel, may be employed by entities other than the Governing Board; however, the Governing Board shall remain responsible and accountable for all operations, compliance, and performance of any and all selected contractors. The Governing Board shall ensure that the School Leader establishes a regular and ongoing physical presence in the school that allows the individual to oversee daily operations.

If you are School Personnel accessing the Services on behalf of a Partner School, you agree that you are acting on behalf of (or have permission from) your Partner School to accept the Agreement and to use the Services. You must obtain any necessary approvals from your Partner School's authorities and administrators before using the Services. Upon termination of your employment, engagement, or contractual relationship with the Partner School, you must cease use of the Services and return and cease using all login information in your possession. If at any time you learn a user of the Services claims to be affiliated with your Partner School who is not, in fact, affiliated with your Partner School, you agree to notify Summit immediately at xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. In essence….Before you use the Services, your school must give you permission.

The School agrees that, for any employee, agent or independent contractor of the School having access to a Facility (beyond access to public spaces) following sections of this Master Agreement shall apply to such School Personnel as if they were Trainees: 2.3 (Drug Screening), 2.4 (Background Check), 2.5 (Immunizations), 2.7 (Trainee Assignment), 2.8 (Orientation), 2.9 (Policies and Procedures), 2.10 (Research), 2.11 (Insurance) and 2.12 (Cooperation).
School Personnel. The following is a brief job description of our various school personnel. These positions include: school principal, business manager, secretary/receptionist, nurse, teachers, substitute teachers, aides/tutors, playground/lunchroom supervisor, counselor, athletic director, and maintenance staff. PASTOR (Archdiocesan Policy #2210) The code of Canon Law states that the pastor is the shepherd of the parish entrusted to him by the Xxxxxx and, as such, must carry out the duties of teaching, governing and sanctifying. Therefore, the pastor should be the parish chief administrator of all education and formation, e.g., school and catechesis, and must represent the parish in all juridical matters. As chief administrator, the pastor shall be informed about all important school and catechetical matters. In the case of merged schools and/or catechetical programs, the pastors of the various parishes involved shall serve as a group on a governing board, or the Xxxxxx appoints one of the pastors to serve as Canonical Administrator. School Personnel. The parties agree that the School Principal has provided the RTO with information sufficient for the RTO to establish whether the School Personnel are qualified and experienced in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 or the Australian Quality Training Framework Essential Conditions and Standards for Continuing Registration (as applicable). The School Principal acknowledges and agrees that in establishing the sufficiency of the School Personnel's qualifications and experience, the RTO will rely on the information provided by the School Principal under clause 22. The parties agree that they have consulted with each other to establish the sufficiency of each of the School Personnel's qualifications and experience to provide the Training and Assessment for each relevant Program. The School Principal must inform each member of the School Personnel of the qualifications and experience that is required of them for the purpose of the Training and Assessment. The School Principal warrants that the School Personnel: will carry out the Training to, and Assessment of, the Students; and are registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching as defined in the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic) (that is, the person is a registered teacher, which may include provisional registration, or has permission to teach). will continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence by undertaking professional learning directly related to the VET Program industry area they are delivering. will provide the RTO with copies of relevant documentation related to their qualifications and evidence of professional development undertaken and knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency based Training and Assessment.
