Closure of FSCA. On completion of a FSCA, the product owner or its representative should provide details to the regulatory authority of the Member State of the proposed corrective action to prevent recurrence of the problem that give rise to the FSCA. The FSCA will only be closed when all appropriate corrective actions have been undertaken, subject to the concurrence of the regulatory authority of the Member State.   • Disclosure of Information Holder is aware of the Company’s business affairs and financial condition and has received or has had full access to all the information it considers necessary or appropriate to make an informed investment decision with respect to the acquisition of this Warrant and its underlying securities. Holder further has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the offering of this Warrant and its underlying securities and to obtain additional information (to the extent the Company possessed such information or could acquire it without unreasonable effort or expense) necessary to verify any information furnished to Holder or to which Holder has access.

  • Disclosure of Interested Parties By signature hereon, Contractor certifies that, if the value of this agreement exceeds $1 Million, it has complied with Section 2252.908 of the Texas Government Code and Part 1 Texas Administrative Code Sections 46.1 through 46.3 as implemented by the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC), if applicable, and has provided the Owner with a fully executed TEC Form 1295, certified by the TEC and signed and notarized by the Contractor.
