Common use of Clothing Supplied Clause in Contracts

Clothing Supplied. (a) The Employer shall determine and provide clothing for the purposes of identification and safety on an as required basis. (b) Clothing items will be replaced upon satisfactory proof of need to the Supervisor and provided that the item to be replaced is returned to the Supervisor. (c) All work clothing with City of Lethbridge identification must be returned to the Supervisor upon termination of the employee’s employment.
