The maximum cloud point temperature for product, delivered from APRIL through the Summer use period, shall be thirty one (31°F) degrees Fahrenheit [minus five tenths (-0.5°C) of a degree Centigrade]. The Cloud Point shall be determined using ASTM Test Method D2500-11 (IP #219/82), or latest revision thereof; or ASTM D3117-03, alternate method in accordance with ASTM D975-12 procedures, or latest revision thereof.
